UNIFORM SECURITY
DIRECTOR OF SECURITY
The Director of Security would act as a liaison between the client and the security staff. The Directors responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Providing leadership and supervision for the client, ensure delivery of quality services; manage operations efficiently and effectively to achieve optimum service, evaluate service quality and initiate corrective measures deemed necessary, update and address any actual or potential problems, carry out security planning, assessments and surveys; review and update post orders, ensure scheduling is handled effectively while controlling labor costs and minimizing non-billable over-time; review site reports i.e. hourly reports and incident reports if any to ensure post orders are being followed; recruit, train, and coach employees to enhance skills.
COURTESY OFFICERS
Courtesy Officers are personnel whose main functions and
responsibilities are to observe and report while enforcing the
rules in a proactive manner. These officers, through their
presence, serve as deterrents to crime and violence and are
responsible for notifying law enforcement officials, property
managers and immediate supervisors of disturbances, criminal
activity, and emergencies that may arise on the properties they
are contracted to protect.
ARMED GUARDS
An armed security officer is an officer whose function and
responsibility includes and exceeds that of a courtesy officer.
Armed officers are employed to maintain and uphold the law
while being a strong deterrent to crime. Their training is one
that allows them to utilize defense and restraint tools not
available to courtesy officers. Also an Armed officer have the
authority to detain and make an arrest of any person
committing a crime or violating the rules and policies
governing the properties they are contracted to protect, when
and if necessary.
GATE HOUSE OFFICERS
Gate House Officers are personnel whose main functions and
responsibilities are to control and grant access to a property
with documenting all verifiable information.
SECURITY VEHICLE
Security Vehicle is a solution to improve safety and deter
crime in the community over a large or small perimeter. Our
marked or unmarked vehicles can be customized with
property logos. This security vehicle can be supplied with
our Courtesy Officer or Armed Guards division.
