BRIEF HISTORY

Platinum Group Security was founded in 1996 as a private security firm that specializes in cost effective security solutions. The worldwide headquarters of Platinum Group Security is located in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Kevin VanMiddlesworth, the President and Chief Executive Officer operates his business based on experience gained as a security professional stationed both home and abroad. He has an extensive Criminal Justice background and countless hours as a personal protection specialist.

From its humble beginning with two guards and one client, the company has now grown to over 500 security officers providing a gamut of security services. With a proven track record Platinum Group Security has developed a comprehensive service strategy built to increase client satisfaction by having involved, focused, committed and trained people. Platinum Group Security is able to differentiate our services from other competitive companies by providing the highest level of service. The company is a step above the rest in the industry, the advancements made by Platinum Group Security on both the business to business model and the business to consumer model have made it possible for the company to move steps ahead of the competition.
